Submit a Support Ticket
Our goal is to make you happy and we pride ourselves on keeping our "happiness report" above 95% since we started. The use of Help Scout Desk makes opening new support tickets or reviewing past threads easy!
- Navigate to your Sprout account login page
- Log in with the appropriate credentials
TIP: If you're already logged in, just click the Support tab from the My Account page - Fill out the Subject
- Select a Topic
- SI addons - should be used for any tickets relating to Sprout Invoices add-ons or integrations
- Sprout Clients - should be used for any tickets relating to the Sprout Clients plugin and features
- Sprout Invoices - should be used for any tickets relating to the Sprout Invoices plugin and features
- Fill out the Message Body
- Attach any relevant images or files
- Click Submit when complete
- Ongoing tickets will be visible from the Support page in your account to track updates!
